Senior Tessa Sakamoto thought being the golf team's manager would be easy volunteer hours - until she accidentally became the team's favorite rumor after sketching one of the players, the charming but confusing boy with a killer swing and worse communication skills. When he leaves her on read and then acts like nothing happened, Tessa swears she's over it...until he starts standing a little too close and giving her just enough mixed signals to make her lose her mind. What should've been another ordinary season turns into a blur of glances, gossip, and signals that make no sense at all. Now, as the first semester comes to a close, Tessa has to figure out whether she can survive without losing her mind - or whether she'll risk finding out what all the mixed signals really mean.
