The world believes Genevieve Rogers died in 1943.

Neither assassin understands why the other feels familiar, only that HYDRA is desperate to make them forget.

As Project Insight approaches and the world Genevieve once fought to protect hangs in the balance, Echo must fight the most dangerous battle of her life-not against Captain America, not against HYDRA, but against the weapon they buried inside her.
