She offered options, brightened every persons day uniquely. She completed her shift the same exact way every day and nothing rarely offered a surprise when it came to her. She got her check and went home, to a completely different life. She was 33, one friend and no active relationship. Quiet about her inner workings so nobody could assume anything. That is until today. A man walked in, slim and tall - never ordered. He had on a hooded jacket and all black cargo pants with all black doc martens on his feet. He just sat at a table that faced straight ahead to the cash register eyeing her. The hood just back enough that you could notice the prevalent features and captivating eyes. The hairs on the back of Gina's neck stood as the whole room engulfed in their tension. He watched her work and help out people for hours- ALL DAY. Two forty-five p.m rolled around and he stood up. They locked eyes intently and then he left out of the door, never had spoke. Brandon and Lola noticed Gina, or Nina as they called her, very uncomfortable. She regulated and hid well what she was feeling but they saw something was not right.
