To Love is to Worry

Dazai is filled with worry as he is forced to wait to find out if Chuuya will live or die after finding him bloody and bruised after being kidnapped!

Dazai's hands were shaking and his eyes were blurring but the prominent colour of red stayed. Red: It was such a beautiful colour, Dazai had always thought so... until today, where it was now the only colour he could see. Red. Horrible, dripping red! Splattered on the walls. On the floor. In puddles. Pooling under his feet. All that horrible red, so inescapable. But the worst thing: it was red that all belonged to one source- Chuuya! Dazai could no longer tell what was or wasn't Chuuya anymore. He was nothing more than a bloody mess, one Dazai was desperately trying to keep together. His battered face was cradled in Dazai's hand as he lent over his friend, worry engulfing the man. His thumb gently caressed Chuuya's cheek, whilst his eyes scanned his body, trying to assess the damage, but there was just so much to take in. It was impossible to get a clear picture.
