Arpo has spent her entire life pretending to be someone she isn't.

A son.
A man.
A husband.

By the time she finally gets the chance to live as the woman she has always known herself to be, Arpo Wanwara is already dead. At least, that's what everyone believes. Two years after his supposed death, Arpo returns to the hotel owned by the family responsible for destroying his life. They don't recognize the woman standing in front of them, and Arpo intends to keep it that way. She has a new identity, a carefully constructed plan, and only one reason for coming back.

Revenge.

Then there is Porpan. Porpan Panyasak was supposed to be another weakness Arpo could exploit, the laid-back, flirtatious younger daughter who loved her family but never shared their obsession with appearances or maintaining the carefully polished image they had built around themselves.

Instead, she becomes the one complication Arpo never planned for. Because Porpan doesn't know who Arpo used to be. She doesn't know why Arpo came into her life. She doesn't know that every coincidence bringing them closer may not have been a coincidence at all. She only knows the woman standing in front of her.

And after a lifetime of pretending, Arpo discovers something far more frightening than being recognized:
