Abe was the undisputed prince of Thai volleyball-a rising national star with the world at his feet, an infectious smile, and a sky-high jump that no blocker could stop. But in a split second, a hero's instinct took it all away. Swerving to save a child from an oncoming truck cost him his career, his mobility, and the light behind his eyes. Waking up from a month-long coma into a world of darkness, Abe buries himself in bitterness, vowing never to touch a volleyball-or a therapy mat-again.

Enter Pete.

Gentle, patient, and uncompromising, Pete became a physical therapist with a singular vow: to bring movement back to the people who need it most. Armed with a painful past and quiet resolve, Pete refuses to let Abe give up on life, even when Abe makes him the target of all his anger and grief.

What starts as a battlefield of stubborn wills slowly turns into something deeper amidst the quiet corners of the rehab clinic. But when the road to recovery threatens to tear them apart over what's safe versus what's impossible, both men must confront the ultimate question:

Is this love, or is it just the pity of a saviour and the need of a broken man?
