Perfectly Out of Place

Sean Cyrus Lopez had spent his entire life inside a world most people could only dream of.

Born as the youngest child of a wealthy and influential family, Sean was spoiled from the moment he was born. Money had never been something he needed to worry about. If he wanted something, he got it. If he needed something, it was already within his reach. Along with his wealth came everything people admired about him-intelligence, good looks, confidence, and a seemingly perfect life.

To everyone around him, Sean was the definition of privilege. And perhaps he believed it, too. After all, he had everything else.

But Sean's carefully sheltered world begins to change when he makes the unexpected decision to transfer to a public school when he turned high school.

There, he meets Aaron Mariano.

Aaron is everything Sean isn't-infamous, rebellious, unpredictable, and notorious for causing trouble. With a reputation as the school's resident problem child, Aaron is the last person someone like Sean should ever associate with.

Yet, for reasons Sean can't explain, he finds himself drawn to him.

What begins as curiosity slowly turns into an attachment Sean never anticipated. The more he gets to know Aaron, the more he discovers that the boy behind the rumors isn't quite the person everyone believes him to be.

And somewhere between unexpected moments and the walls they've built around themselves, Sean finds himself falling for the one person he was never supposed to.
