Annis Smith, Daughter of Zeus, is not your average demigod, not your average girl either. You could say she's an adventure loving freak, who's stuck in a situtation most people wouldn't want to be stuck in. What is that situation? Camp on Mount Demigod (the safe haven for all Demigods in Athens, Ancient Greece) with Aphrodite. Disappionted, Annis, along with others flees from the girl camp to the boy camp which that year will be holding the Demigod Olympics, the most dangerous games known to man kind. But fleeing isn't easy, for many years the goddess was on the hunt for girls like Annis and is destined to punish and kill anyone who is not to join the games.
Will Annis along with her friends be found and killed?
Will she be killed in the games?
Or will her attempt for adventure be successful?

Along the way with the help of Laelap and a runaway Titan, Rostris comes along life-threatening challenges like being close to Ekho but then missing her, dealing with Hera, Zeus's wife, that is trying to kill Ekho out of jealousy because Zeus likes to consort with nymphs and will stop at nothing to do it, and also being targeted by Ekho's daughter Lynx, who can make spells and will stop at nothing to kill Rostris.
