Sunshine and Rain

It was not every day that Hastinapur hosted all its princes these days. Especially since five of them were no longer just Princes of Hastinapur.

Duryodhan made sure that whenever his cousins visited, he was not in Hastinapur. His parents, uncle and pitamah did not like this-- each had their own reasons-- but Duryodhan always managed to get away in the end.

Except this time, because apparently, the Pandavas had come specifically to meet him.

He had not been able to fathom why.

In hindsight, he would have not have been able to fathom why even if he had been told 2 days earlier instead of 2 hours. He would have also, prefered having his uncle with him instead on in Gandhar.

Where Kunti comes out a tad sooner, Yudhisthira is politically savvy, Duryodhan is stressed, Shakuni is thankfully absent, Arjun is depressed and Karna is just confused.
