Year 2204: Ebony Boccelli is an average 16-year-old, with average friends, average relationships and an average education. She's sure she at least has her life somewhat under control. Every step of Ebony's journey leads her one step closer to freedom, and at the same time, one step farther from the life she used to know. The dangers she faces and the risks that she takes begin to escalate, especially when the very thing she thought was impossible somehow becomes a reality: She's falling in love. Will anything be the same when she returns? Will she ever return at all?
