The terrible things of our world is about a young 15 year old girl and her experiences through her first years of high school. This girl's name is Melody. Melody isn't like the other girls at her school, she originally lived in Russia and was an all time ballerina. Melody was homeschooled and rarely had any time to do her homeschooling with her private tutor. Because of her ballet melody quit school and started focusing of her ballet.
