Just a minute ago, Rimuru Tempest, together with his partner Ciel, was fighting against Veldora and Velgrynd, two true dragons. But in the next instant, Rimuru woke up in Veldora's cave, where the said dragon had previously been imprisoned. But the strangest thing is that he returned to his original form as a slime, without evolving into a Demon Lord, and at least his partner Ciel is with him. One thing is clear: he has returned to the past, but how and why?
