Kiera never really thought her life was anything special.

She's just a college student trying to get through classes, work her shifts at a café, make art whenever she finds the time, and survive the usual chaos that comes with having three best friends who know her a little too well.

She's always been the one who gives more than she receives-the gifts, the advice, the little things people don't always notice. After a few failed crushes and enough rejection to make anyone tired of trying, Kiera has learned not to expect much from love.

Then a familiar face starts appearing at the café.

What starts as a simple customer-and-café-worker relationship slowly becomes something neither of them planned for.
