A Curse of Ithaca - Telemachus

Telemachus x OC

𝐄𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐚

Daughter of Circe. Witch of Aeaea.

Elara grew up surrounded by magic. She learned how to make potions, speak to animals and use spells before she was old enough to understand what they meant.

But Elara never wanted to become like her mother.

Unlike Circe, she doesn't enjoy hurting people. In fact, she tries her best to stay away from humans and the problems they bring.

There is only one thing she has never been able to control.

Her magic.

Every time Elara uses powerful magic, something inside her disappears. A memory. A feeling. A person she once loved.

So she stopped using it.

Until the day Telemachus arrives on Aeaea.

Odysseus' son.

The son of the man her mother has spent years talking about.

And somehow, the boy she was never supposed to meet becomes the one person she is willing to risk everything for.

TELEMACHUS

Son of Odysseus. Prince of Ithaca.

Telemachus has spent most of his life waiting for his father to come home.

He knows the stories about Odysseus. The hero. The king. The greatest warrior.

But Telemachus doesn't feel like any of those things.

He is young, stubborn and still trying to figure out who he is supposed to become.

When his journey takes him to the mysterious island of Aeaea, he expects to find answers about his father.

Instead, he finds Elara.

The daughter of Circe.

A girl he was taught never to trust.

But the more time he spends with her, the more he realizes that maybe the stories he grew up hearing aren't the whole truth.

And maybe the witch's daughter isn't his enemy after all.
