Persuading Annelise

Set against the backdrop of Thailand, Persuading Annelise follows Tawan, a 22-year-old college student who quietly falls in love with Annelise, a 25-year-old independent foreigner entrepreneur who runs her own company and home. Plagued by self-doubt over their age gap and cultural differences, Tawan keeps his feelings hidden, while Annelise views him strictly as a friend, seeing them both simply as equals under the same sky.

Though they eventually enter a long-term relationship, the pressures of life lead to a bittersweet breakup right before Tawan graduates. True to her word, Annelise attends his graduation ceremony. Determined to win her back, Tawan applies for and lands a job at her company, embarking on a year-long mission to re-earn her heart. Ultimately, his persistent devotion succeeds-leading them to reunite, marry, and build a family together.
