Life and Death

Sebastian has cancer. He's made amens with his diagnoses, and has made peace with his life on Earth. He's ready to die.
He does die.
Yet, his life has just begun.
A man has come to take him to his afterlife. He calls himself Death.
Sebastian must figure out this new chapter without his close friends, family, or husband. For the first time ever he's alone. Well, not completly alone. He has Death to help him.
