Amid the purring of a cat and the gentle breeze, the middle-aged man known as the Director of the Armed Detective Agency sat with a mysterious, beautiful woman he'd met under the park lights: Kamishiro Kozue.

Letting go of the burden he'd always carried on his shoulders, Fukuzawa found warmth in this woman who understood his feelings and his mature side. Without excessive romance, but with the soothing warmth and comfort of each other's presence.
