Hi! Author here! Sebenarnya ini adalah novel yang dulu nyaris terbit secara fisik di sekitar tahun 2020an oleh penerbit Indie. Novel ini dulu menang juara 1 dalam lomba menulis di bawah judul GID. Tapi, karena wabah COVID yang lalu, penerbit Indie tersebut bankrut dan mau tidak mau, buku saya gagal terbit.
6 tahun berlalu. Saya kembali menulis kisah GID dengan karakter, riset, dan plot yang lebih intens dan mendalam. Jadi, Novel ini adalah remake dari novel GID dengan judul yang baru DID-Ignorabilis. DID-Ignorabilis menceritakan kisah Jessica, seorang pengidap Dissociative Identity Disorder atau Gangguan Identitas Ganda. Penyakit ini selalu menjadi kontroversi, di mana terdapat berbagai mitos pula. Konon, kepribadian-kepribadian ganda ini (alters) mengetahui hal-hal yang tidak seharusnya diketahui oleh pemilik tubuh asli (host), dan mengungkap misteri-misteri baru.
Novel ini mencoba menggambarkan sebisa mungkin penyebab penyakit ini bisa timbul, apa yang dirasakan seorang pasien, dan bagaimana seorang pasien menjalani hidup dengan banyak kepribadian dalam satu tubuh.
