A story about two girls fighting against the society they were brought into.
Iris was the embodiment of perfection. She's a cheerleader, she gets straight A's, she comes from a Christian family. Her future was laid out in front of her-waiting, but does she want to follow the perfect path? Or does she want to pave a new one?
Lacy on the other hand wasn't perfect, sure she did things that most other kids her age did, but that doesn't mean that she particularly just blended in with the crowd. She has always been in her own world, most people strayed away from her, except for a handful of friends she has made throughout her life. Most people in school just merely glanced at her oddly and continued on with their day, she didn't really care to notice though, she was too busy 'admiring' a girl she'd always felt...strange about. She never really questioned it though. Needless to say she kinda just did whatever, hanging with family around a fire, playing drums, and whatever else she did. But somehow she always felt..empty, somehow. I wonder if her 'idgaf' attitude accounts to everyone?
Thank you to my friend for making Lacy's character I love u bee!🩵
