Sonny LeBlanc is a New York City Taxi Driver with a less than average ability that he uses to help his fares in some small, sometimes insignificant, way. But suddenly the government calls on Sonny along with four other talented drivers to save the city from an oncoming threat. Unfortunately, their abilities always come at some cost and eventually those costs build up until someone comes to collect. With a rag-tag bunch of nameless heads in the front seats of Taxi-Cabs, Sonny has to figure out how to stop the one person New York has never known and always feared.
