Luke Hemmings is having a quarter-life crisis during his senior year at high school. He's fallen out of touch with family and friends, slowly building a wall around him that everyone can tell is there but no one will acknowledge. When Anna, an exchange university boarder from Australia, comes to live at his family's house he finds himself connecting with her more than those he's known his whole life.
