Starting her degree in Communication Design, Maja thinks everything should finally fall into place. A new city, a new shared apartment, a life of her own at last. Except her boyfriend Ben seems to have a very clear idea of what that new life should look like, and Maja is beginning to realize just how little room there is in it for the life she actually wants.
Luckily, her new roommates are the complete opposite of sensible and predictable.
And then there's Leo.
Quiet, tattooed, and usually awake when everyone else has long since gone to sleep. Their first encounter nearly ends with a glass bottle against his head, their second with the realization that they should probably stay out of each other's way.
Which turns out to be surprisingly difficult when you share a kitchen, a hallway, and far too many sleepless nights.
While Maja slowly rediscovers who she wants to be between college and dance, Leo has been living between different worlds for a long time. By day, he makes a living with his art. At night, he disappears.
Where he goes, no one knows.
And the closer Maja gets to him, the clearer it becomes that beneath all those colors lies something Leo never talks about.
