He promised his 8-year-old son he'd be home for his birthday. He didn't promise he'd survive. John is a mission specialist. Not a hero. His job was simple - go outside, fix a loose booster bolt, get back inside. It takes 4 seconds for everything to go wrong. A misfire. A snap. A silence so complete he can hear his own heart. Now he's tumbling, untethered, completely alone in orbit. His crew is gone. His radio is dead. And the Earth is spinning 400 kilometers below him, so close he could almost touch it. He has 18 hours of oxygen. 6 hours of heat. And a boy on Earth who still thinks his dad is invincible. As his air runs out, John has to face the one question no astronaut ever wants to ask - Is it braver to fight to live... or to let go?

Jack didn't ask to save the world. He just wanted to run his convenience store in peace. Then he woke up in a wasteland. No town. No neighbors. No Wi-Fi. Just cracked red earth, dead trees, and a voice in his head calling itself the Limitless Omniversal Supply System. The LOSS System. Jack laughed for a very long time. The system was not amused. Now he has a fully stocked store, unlimited water and electricity, and a system that's somehow both all-powerful and deeply offended by everything he says. To survive in a world where the average temperature hits 52°C, Jack will have to sell supplies, make allies, build shelter, and figure out why his little store might be the first step toward bringing a dead world back to life. One cold soda at a time.
