Mas nem toda a gente ficou contente.
Passado num universo alternativo, em 2011 Portugal decidiu apostar na formação e ajudar os distritos a desenvolverem o seu futebol, pela facilidade de criação de clubes de futebol pela "Empresa na Hora", muitos a partir de clubes de bairro de futsal.
Entre outras medidas, estas decisões passam por ajudar os jovens portugueses a terem oportunidades no futebol e a longo prazo, ajudarem Portugal a vencer o seu primeiro mundial.
Seguimos a história de um jovem que foi contra os poderes locais e conseguiu registar o seu clube sem pedir licença "a alguns".
