For Maya Sharma, chemistry isn't her dream-it's just the one subject she happens to top her class in. Between the sharp discipline of her Bharatanatyam practice and her upbeat devotion to Krishna, her heart belongs to dance. But on paper, chemistry is where she holds her ground, keeping her head effortlessly above water.

At least, until Aarav Kapoor enters the picture.

Aarav is her mother's star student-the effortless golden boy who solves complex formulas like puzzles and walks the halls with his jacket casually hooked over one finger. Maya has never spoken a word to him, but his name is the constant passenger in her car ride home, the uninvited topic at her dinner table, and the standard her chemistry-teacher mother constantly praises. To Maya, he isn't a heartthrob; he's an annoying, invisible rival stealing credit for the one thing she's good at.

She wants to ignore him, but the closer she looks, the harder it gets. Between shared glances across rehearsal halls and watching his quiet, fierce work ethic up close, her irritation slowly begins to shift. Annoyance turns into curiosity, and curiosity quietly bleeds into a crush she never saw coming.

When the academic year ends and Aarav transitions to an elite JEE coaching institute in the city, Maya is left behind with a sudden, frustrating realization: the boy who barely knows her name might just be the reason she's willing to push her limits and step into the exact same high-pressure arena.
