Since the death of her father, Faye Nitibhon has taken over the reins of the hospital her parents built together. As the eldest daughter and now responsible for keeping the family legacy alive, she has shouldered a burden no one ever asked her to carry... but one she has never known how to let go of.

Concerned about her daughter's physical and emotional deterioration, Apasiri decides to intervene. Without consulting Faye, she interviews and hires Atom Pariya as her new secretary, convinced that someone needs to force her daughter to slow down before it is too late.

What begins as a strictly professional relationship soon starts to develop into something much more intimate. Little by little, Atom manages to break through the barriers Faye has built over the years and becomes the only person around whom she doesn't feel the need to always be strong.
