Elves and humans have been at each others' throats from day one. Both hate each other, and Erya Sarula, a mute, elven, servant girl, is no different. She hates humans with every fiber of her being, and so is understandably mortified-- and terrified-- when she is forced to rely on them to save her life. She cannot understand why the human prince, Fenton de Alvaro wants to save her or what his endless fascination with her is about. But one thing is certain, she's stuck with him. After Fenton brings Erya to his home city to see the so called "elf expert," Thaddeus Schwartz, her dreams of making it back to her people seem to grow dimmer every day.
But then again, maybe she doesn't want to go back. Her people did leave her on a battlefield to die, after all.

But unfortunately, the fascism is getting to me, and I (very unfortunately) am under govt. contract, so it is taking me a while to get through these, while editing plus proof reading, and doing literally everything else. And so their they began to kidnap and murder monsters where they lived, and no human lifted a finger to stop them. That was until one day when a small community of elves was attacked, and on live television to the world, they watched as they slaughtered a married couple unlike many had seen. That of a human and a elf. This seemed to have awoken the world to the horrors that this group has caused and a international force was established to protect all races from harm. Now with the Liberators pushed back into the shadows, pease was finally accomplished for the masses, and a tournament was set up in honor of that day.
