Kids are disappearing or being taken as "recruits" for WICKED and as she gets older she begins to separate the lies she's been fed to the withheld truth. When she's striped from her mother to be used in "helpful experimentations" she fights despite the discipline. She has a decision to make as she's faced with the fact that if she doesn't cooperate with the experiments she'll be taken somewhere far worse.

That is the life in the glade. No one knows why they are there or how to get out. They try to keep each other in a state of sweet ignorance. Just to keep their sanity. But the ones that were there the longest they know. They know the hard truth that would cause other gladers to lose their minds. These few chosen ones became fearless. Warning: As my bio says I am not a native English speaker, I am from Slovakia and English is just my second language. And because Slovakia is some lost country in the middle of Europe I didn't yet get my hands on the Maze Runner books in English I only read them in Slovak and let me tell you that isn't as good...So I will be mainly basing this book on the movie, of course using some things from the books as well from time to time. He held onto my arms like I would fall back into insane babbling again if he didn't. I felt so much safer when he was there, I know I was no safer then I was without him but with him there... Luna's life isn't exactly 'normal' her parents are people you would call sorcerers. They don't belong in the normal human world but the world they once lived has been taken over by the Darkness and is unsafe for young children. When Luna turns 16 she is to cross to this world to not return until she decides to have kids of her own.
