King spent years floating around on Chastiefol, keeping a safe distance from pretty much everyone. Then Pomme came back into his life.

​She's quiet, reserved, and perfectly fine sticking to her own space. Growing up with Meliodas and Merlin as her only two role models in Liones, and then being the unofficial eighth member of the sins, traveling with them and fighting too, Pomme could already be considered a part of the family.

He's partially shy, reasonable and constantly worrying about her safety while knowing it's basically impossible for her to die. Being around Pomme has done weird things to his brain, he figured out that this warmness he feels whenever she's in his sight is more than just friendship. It's a dangerous feeling that she has no idea about but that is eating him alive. and he's completely helpless against it.

Traveling Britannia on the back of a giant pig is unpredictable and noisy, but as long as she's still stealing his sacred treasure to use as a cushion or sleeping on the bed right next to him, King knows it can't get any better.
