Millions of years ago, the titan known as Noah battled against the creatures called Angels. The Angels Adam and Lilith fought against this ancient titan but were defeated, resulting in a massive explosion referred to as the Big Bang, or the First Impact. Millions of years later, humanity awakens one of the Angels, which triggers the Second Impact. Now, it is up to Shinji Ikari to confront these emerging threats.
