In world where humans are the weakest creatures in the food chain and all the fairy tails they told as children are suddenly real and making this world their own, being born human is almost a death sentence. He learnt to fight, endure and most importantly he learned to obey. He learned to stop begging as it only made things worse, he learnt to accept consequences silently, deal with pain without a sound, he learned speaking could be dangerous. So he stopped. Speaking less didn't work, it only infuriated them more. He became something even the handlers feared, the more he killed at their command the more they realised what he was and it was time to put a stop to it. Until her.
