Until Our Lines Cross | John Logan Off Campus

Lucy Collins and John Logan used to know each other long before Briar University brought them back together. As teenagers, they lived only a few streets apart, sharing bus rides, friends and countless ordinary afternoons before Lucy moved away and they gradually lost touch.

Years later, an unexpected run-in at Briar's rink puts them back in each other's lives, and slipping into their old friendship feels surprisingly easy. Soon there are coffees between classes, late nights at the hockey house and increasingly convenient reasons to arrive at the rink early or stay a little later. The friendship they remember is still there, but neither of them expected growing up to change the way they see each other.

While Lucy pushes herself through a competitive skating season that could take her all the way to Nationals, Logan is confronting a future he has spent years believing he already decided.

With graduation getting closer and both of their futures beginning to shift, Lucy and Logan are learning that the paths they thought they were following aren't quite as certain as they once seemed.

After years spent moving in different directions, their lines have crossed again. This time, neither of them is quite ready to walk away.
