The Next Avengers: Hope For The Future

In an alternate time line, Tony Stark creates Ultron with the knowledge of the Mind Stone. However in this universe, Ultron, rather than attack immediately, bides his time. For ten years he plays the part Tony designed for him. A suit of armor around the world.

During this time, The Avengers defeat many threats. From world conquerors to extraterrestrial threats.

And in time, the Avengers themselves eventually settled down, and started families of their own.

But one day... When the world had become complacent in peace. It's inhabitants fat and lazy with their bellies full and their minds at ease. Ultron attacked.

Seeking nothing less than total world domination through the extinction of the human race, Ultron launched a devastating assault on the world itself by launching nuclear arms all across the world targeting critical infrastructure and world leaders across the globe.

The Avengers fought back in defense of their home. But sadly, even they were not enough, and their defeat was inevitable.

But, before they fell, they hid their children in a far away place where they would grow up safe from Ultron's grasp. Until the day came when Earth's Mightiest Heroes could return.

The years that followed were hard on everyone. The war was fought quietly with the help of resistance cells led by Clint Barton. When he died, the torch fell to his son Francis who led the resistance for roughly two to three years.

Then, ten years after the fall of the avengers, their children returned and began taking the fight to Ultron's forces.

After five more years Ultron was defeated. But Earth was dying with almost not hope of saving. With the help of the aging Tony Stark and Bruce Wayne, the Next Avengers built a machine that sent them back in time to 2012 to one day stop Ultron's rise to power and avenge every life that was lost.
