the Jazzman's muse

In the smoky glow of The Blue Room, jazz musician Max finds himself captivated by Roberta-a mysterious woman who always sits alone at the bar, whiskey in hand and walls firmly in place.

What begins with stolen glances and music slowly becomes something neither of them expected. Max becomes her muse, while Roberta slowly lets him see the grief hiding beneath her guarded exterior.

But just when they begin to find something real together, Roberta leaves for Paris to confront the past she's been running from.

Some loves are meant to stay.
