Lily is a deaf smart, beautiful young girl who lives in North Carlina and falls in love with a boy named Hayes. Lily is unaware of Hayes being famous. Lily has a laptop only to do her homework and no other, and a phone simply to text and that's all. She's bullied in school for her deafness, and on top of that she walks around all day with an inturpeter, she knows sign laguage, but her mother however does not and only communicates by paper. Her mother is unaware of any situation she has at home and at school. Her older brother Jesse is a party boy and pays no attention to her.
