Hey there! Here you'll find a collection of mixed stories from my debut book 'We All Need Heroes', which celebrates people with brave and innovative ideas. 

The finished book is filled with a huge mix of inspirational and fun short-stories of people and their creative solutions from all around the world. It includes everything from successful business ideas to everyday inspiration and clever solutions. Ideas I wish I had introduced or been part of myself. Most of the stories can be applied to any line of business so the audience for this book is pretty much anyone looking for a fun and inspiring read.

Anyway, this is about two people. I can almost hear you rolling your eyes. Another cliché teen fiction with a bad boy and a good girl? Nope. This is about superheroes. I can still hear you rolling your eyes. Superheroes. Like in comic books? Like people with super speed and mutant powers? Yes. But this isn't about the fight they have. More about the lives they lead without the masks. But just keep in mind, people who live in the world have all different skin colours. Do not assume my characters are of one unless I state them explicitly. and diversity is welcome here in my novel! Anyhow, back to the story. Ever wonder where supervillains go after their fight with the hero? What about the other side of the story? It's not like they sit in their lair cackling all day and planning how to kidnap reporters. What about the lives they lead? And instead of just focusing on that, what if the superhero and the supervillain knew each other? I mean, can they see behind the mask? No, so their identities are secret. So what if the hero and villain were best friends? What if they were roommates? What if they were falling for each other? And what happens when they find out? Now, I assume you know all of these questions will be answered in this book. But hold on. It's going to take a while. You're in for a bumpy ride. And if any of you got any of the references in this description, give yourself a pat on the back. That is a beautiful thing. And if you can name all the references in this book, you truly are a gift to mankind. Fangirl out.

Let me begin by introducing you to myself, and why I wish to write these blogs on motivation, compassion, and passion. My name is Shane Jeremy James, and I have always been business-headed. From the ages of 16, I was reading business articles, and learning the art of business. I even started selling hockey cards - not a business I know, but obviously demonstrating sheer spirit and entrepreneurship! Growing up, I had two passions. My first passion was hockey. I loved hockey, and although I loved the sport and was pretty good at it (if I do say so myself), I knew I would never be able to make a career out of it. Long ago, humans with supernatural abilities began to appear in our world. These gifted humans possessed strange powers such as super strength, the ability to fly, or control over elements. However, these gifted humans were few in number. Soon, the normal humans grew jealous of their power. They shamelessly threw these "freaks" out of their homes. They were beaten, abused, and treated as slaves. Eventually, the gifted humans rebelled, and a great war began between them. This war would last for years and lead to countless lives lost. Realizing they could never coexist, the gifted humans decided to create a world where they could live freely. This world became known as Trabachi. Hundreds of years later, enter our main character. Luke Sky lives on Earth, where people had long forgotten about the great war and gifted humans. He receives a letter inviting him to Trabachi. There he discovers that what he once thought was impossible was actually possible. He finds out that not only does he have awesome super powers, but he is the chosen hero the entire kingdom has been waiting for. For not every Trabacian has forgiven the humans for what they did to their ancestors. And they are ready to take revenge on them all. -------------------------------------------------- Update! Six heroes from different countries, who have no idea others exist like them, are rounded up one day to be protected from the government, who issued a plan to execute all persons who seem to have powers. They stay hidden from the world, training and living otherwise normally. That is, until a mysterious villain threatens the Earth. Suddenly, society needs them, and they have to track down this villain and get rid of him. Will they succeed and it all end happily? Or will they fail and the world fall into chaos? Read to find out... I do not own any of the sides or Thomas. All other characters are completely fictional, and any resemblance to real life people is coincidental. This was inspired by a song by Leonard Cohen, and it was originally meant to be a long oneshot in my oneshot book, but, I decided I would make it into its own book. The cover was created by me.
