Arthur was never supposed to become part of the world of Jujutsu. He was a straggler, a sixteen-year-old foreigner staying in Japan on a vacation with his parents.

Then one day, all of that changed, he met one, a curse.

Venom.

Though if you looked at it, at first, it's wasn't a curse, not a creature, not quite a parasite either. It looked weird and sludge like.

Venom was hungry, curious, brutally instinctive-and chose to be permanently bonded to Arthur. Yet the bond isn't a battle for control. There is a host, and a curse, but ultimately, there was no master.

There is Arthur.

There is Venom.

And together, they are something neither could become alone.

Arthur brings reason, restraint, curiosity, and compassion. Venom brings instinct, hunger, heightened senses, and an appetite for the hunt. Two minds learning to move as one, navigating a world of cursed spirits, jujutsu sorcerers, and things far worse than either of them expected.

As Arthur learns the rules of Jujutsu society, Venom learns that not everything is meant to be eaten.

And Arthur learns that sometimes, something has to be hunted.
