Pirates Of The Caribbean
Darya Dalma has always belonged to the sea. As the daughter of the sea goddess Calypso and the legendary Davy Jones, perhaps she never had much choice. But Darya has no interest in living beneath the shadow of her parents. After leaving her mother at a young age, she takes to the seas in search of something neither Calypso nor Jones can give her: a name of her own. There's just one problem. Darya wants to be a captain. She has no ship. No crew. And, after finding herself stranded in Port Royal, increasingly few options. Then Captain Jack Sparrow arrives aboard a sinking boat. What begins as an opportunity to get back to sea quickly becomes a hunt for the legendary Black Pearl, a ship crewed by men who cannot die. Among them is Ryder Sparrow-Jack's estranged son, cursed for ten years after making the worst decision of his life. Darya has spent her life running from her inheritance. Ryder has spent a decade paying for his. Neither expects their paths to become intertwined. But the sea has never cared much for what mortals expect. And Darya is about to learn that no matter how far she sails, the sea never forgets its own. After all, the daughter of Davy Jones and Calypso was never destined for an ordinary life.

The Beast

To the world he was a beast but for her he would do anything. He could have the world but all he wanted was her. They say the things we want most are the things we can't have. For she was so afraid of him that even the thought of him could have her running for the hills. Little did she know that she was the only one who didn't have to be afraid of him.
