Just hair, Just freckles

Ilya Rozanov comes home from a trip with a buzzcut.

So Shane decides to teach him a lesson.

If Ilya's curls are "just hair," then Shane's freckles are "just freckles."

And if Ilya wants them back, well... he can wait until Shane decides he's suffered enough.
