Eloise Pashaj is a 21-year-old ordinary woman.

Born in Albania in 1965, she grew up in a family that struggled financially. Her father eventually had to leave for America in search of work, hoping to earn enough money to support his family.

In 1975, when Eloise was ten, she and her mother moved to London after a sudden death changed their lives forever. Although her father remained in America, Eloise and her mother visited him often.

Now, at twenty-one, Eloise works at Harrods, the luxurious department store loved by celebrities and wealthy customers from all over the world.
