Bonnie and Clyde

BONNIE AND CLYDE

Rafe Cameron was never supposed to be someone Vanessa Thornton cared about.

As Topper Thornton's younger sister, Vanessa has spent years around Rafe Cameron-but that doesn't mean they get along. In fact, they can barely be in the same room without arguing.

Vanessa is a Kook by birth, but she refuses to act like one. She'd rather spend her time with the Pogues than pretend to fit into the world she was born into. Rafe, on the other hand, thinks her obsession with the Cut-and the people who live there-is ridiculous.

They clash. Constantly.

But when one argument goes too far, something between them changes.

Suddenly, the boy Vanessa couldn't stand is the one person she can't stop thinking about. And the closer they get, the more dangerous their lives become.

On the Outer Banks, secrets don't stay buried for long.

And sometimes, falling for the wrong person means having everything to lose.

RAFE CAMERON × VANESSA THORNTON

"Some love stories are meant to end happily. Ours was never one of them."
