Audrey Groves has never felt at home. Probably because it was ripped away from her when she was thirteen years old, and her parents drowned at sea. With nothing to come out with but a broken heart and a deathly fear of water, cynical and sarcastic Audrey is unable to see the bright side in many things anymore. But when hope comes in the form of a cute, upbeat blonde named Remy Colwell with a penchant for adorable things like Audrey, Audrey soon finds herself plucked from the streets and brought to a classy, upscale setting in Northern California that she’s never quite been used to. What with her natural pessimistic attitude, Audrey has a tough time believing that Remy’s life could be as glamorous as it seems—and she’s right. Because along with Audrey, Remy cares for 6 boys, each more arrogant and childish than the last. Being the only girl in a group of boys was not ideal for Audrey, especially when the worst of them all is constantly in your face.
