Humanity is on the brink of understanding THE truth. The truth of everything, including their own existence. They have managed to create an AGI, a higher level of artificial intelligence and tasked it with analyzing all knowledge that has ever been recorded in order to find the answer. The meaning. The final thing to ever be learned. Inside their lab, the scientists and their military leadership eagerly await the result.
Note: I do not support generative AI. This short story isn't in support of AI, it merely uses it as a device to tell a story of existential horror. No AI was used in the making of this story.
