SPARTANS: "The Soldier and the Chief"

A dimensional rupture over the Pacific sends the SPARTANS into action. Cloud Strife, Master Chief, and Cortana are seasoned members of an elite interdimensional police force, accustomed to tracking threats that slip between realities-but this mission is unlike anything they have faced before.

An entire military installation has appeared where there should be nothing at all. Deep inside, Solid Snake is already searching for answers, and his investigation soon collides with theirs.

What waits beneath the facility is a new kind of danger: Metal Gears fueled by Mako energy, a combination of technologies that should never have existed together. For Cloud, the discovery is especially disturbing. For the others, it raises an even bigger question-who could have brought these worlds together, and why?

With reality itself beginning to destabilize, Cloud, Chief, Cortana, and Snake are forced to work together before the rifts spread any further.
