She Wasen't The Plan

Sienna Hart had a plan for university.

Get her psychology degree. Stay close to the two best friends she'd had since high school. Make long distance work with her boyfriend, Noah. Graduate. Go home.

Simple.

What she didn't plan for was Parker Reyes.

Her new roommate.

Parker is everything Sienna isn't-messy, confident, sarcastic, openly gay, and one of the university football team's most promising new strikers. She leaves her boots wherever she wants, walks around their room in sports bras, calls Sienna Princess just to annoy her, and seems to find pushing every single one of Sienna's buttons incredibly entertaining.

Sienna can't stand her.

At least, that's what she tells everyone.

Because she definitely doesn't notice Parker coming out of the shower.

She doesn't secretly learn that Parker wears number nine.

She doesn't watch her a little too closely from the stands.

And she definitely doesn't feel something twist inside her whenever another girl flirts with Parker.

Sienna has a boyfriend.

Sienna likes boys.

Sienna is straight.

Definitely.

But Parker notices every lingering stare, every blush, and every flash of jealousy Sienna desperately tries to hide.

And somewhere between late-night arguments, football matches, shared secrets, crowded parties and two beds that suddenly feel much too close together, hatred starts becoming something neither of them planned for.

For Parker, falling for her straight roommate is a terrible idea.

For Sienna, admitting she might not be as straight as she's always believed could change everything.

After all, Parker Reyes was never part of the plan.
