Hearts We Left Behind - NA JAEMIN

"You keep acting like love is a surgery that can be planned. Trust me-it isn't."

Han Soo-yeon has spent her entire life fixing what everyone else couldn't. As one of the youngest and most respected surgeons at one of Seoul's top hospitals, she's known for her steady hands, sharp mind, and impossible standards. But behind the white coat is a woman who was cast out by her family of prestigious lawyers for choosing a different future-one she refuses to talk about.

Na Jaemin is an idol with NCT Dream, a hopeless meddler who somehow always finds himself in the middle of everyone else's love story. After successfully pushing his childhood best friend back into the arms of his bandmate, Mark Lee, he's earned a reputation for being the group's unofficial matchmaker... whether they ask for his help or not.

They have one thing in common: they're experts at fixing everyone else's relationships while guarding their own hearts like classified secrets.

When fate throws the stubborn surgeon and the relentless idol together, their opposite worlds collide. Every argument turns into a challenge, every challenge into an unexpected partnership, and somewhere between stolen glances, sarcastic remarks, and one too many schemes to play cupid for everyone else, they begin to wonder if the only love story they've failed to notice is their own.

After all, it's easy to mend someone else's heart.

It's much harder to admit when your own has already been stolen.
