Stray Kids
Y/N × Seungmin | Stray Kids She came to Korea for her brother. She never expected to find a reason to stay. Y/N has always been the loud, sarcastic Australian girl who says exactly what is on her mind. Her Korean, however, is a completely different story. Her vocabulary consists mostly of a few simple words: "Annyeong." "Gamsahamnida." "Saranghae." And that's about it. So when she travels all the way from Australia to South Korea to spend her summer with her older brother, Bang Chan, she already knows she's going to struggle. New country. New language. New people. And a group of seven chaotic boys who seem determined to make her feel at home. But there is another reason Chan worries about having his little sister so far away from home. Y/N has been through something she rarely talks about. She has a history of being sexually harassed, and although she's worked hard to move forward, certain situations can still make her uncomfortable or anxious. Chan knows. And because of that, he's always been protective of her. Maybe too protective. He wants to know where she is. Who she's with. When she'll be home. And, most importantly, whether she's safe. Y/N understands why he does it. But she doesn't want to spend her entire life being treated like something fragile. Then she meets Kim Seungmin. At first, Seungmin is simply Chan's quiet, sarcastic bandmate. The guy who teases her terrible Korean. The guy who patiently teaches her words when she gets frustrated. The guy who somehow understands when she needs space without making her explain herself. And slowly, without either of them realizing it, Seungmin becomes the person Y/N feels safest around. But falling for him wasn't part of the plan. Neither was becoming so attached to Chan's life in Korea. Because eventually, summer has to end. Her parents expect her to come home to Australia. Chan doesn't want his little sister to leave. And Y/N has to decide where she truly belongs. Does she return to

Ina is an editor who prefers silence over small talk, margin notes over messy feelings, and coffee shops that don't ask questions. Seungmin is... just a guy who keeps showing up at her table. Quiet. Constant. Kind in ways he doesn't name. She doesn't recognize him at first. When she does, she doesn't tell him. And somehow, that makes all the difference. A story told in soft chapters and shared spaces - about two people who build something steady out of old books, cold drinks, and the quiet kind of knowing that doesn't need to be said out loud. ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ This is a soft story. It's about coffee cups and comma placement. Shared tables and silence that doesn't ask to be filled. There's no dramatic turning point, no confession shouted across a street. Just two people who keep showing up - for the work, for the quiet, and eventually, for each other. If you're here for something gentle and slow, welcome. I hope you find a sentence that stays with you.
