PROLOGUE

Some people leave your life quietly.

Four years ago, Ruhi had loved Ansh with the kind of certainty only young hearts could have.

Yet there he stood.

Four years older.

Still looking at her like she was the only person in the world.

And Ruhi?

She looked straight into his eyes and lied.

"I don't know you."

Because sometimes loving someone isn't enough to make you stay.
