Pixel Paige is a non-binary lesbian and is particularly known for their good looks. They're a quiet person and is quite put to themselves, but their friend group is the exact opposite. They are loud, out going, and are notoriously known for being weird.
As a group of adult besties, they all are trying to figure out what they want to do with their lives, but Pixel already had that figured out. The group hangs out often and at one of those days, one person brings a new one to the group.
Sarah Givins is a badass. Or, at least that's what her ex-best friends said about her. When they broke off, Sarah had promised to never find new people ever again, but of course that wasn't going to happen.
She makes it to the hangout and she is a little intimidated by how many people are around her, but she pulls it together and ends up having fun.
The closer she gets to the people there, the more she notices one of them staring.
So she stares back.
Pixel's friends notice this behavior and start to butt in. They didn't like the sudden attention and ends up cracking under the pressure.
While Pixel and Sarah get to know each other better, one of them opens up and the two of them scheme revenge.
But somewhere along the way, the lines between fake and real blur, and they realize that they could have more.
