Wendy Escorth is an early American girl. Her grandparents came to America with followers and colonized the town of Lymouth. Ever since her father became the mayor, corruption struck. Whatever her father David deemed a sign of witchcraft, the person possessing that sign would immediately get their skin nailed to a stake before they got burned alive. Every single burning has killed an innocent and pure person. One day as Wendy goes to the Lymouth Library, she meets 2 mysterious girls after reading an article about the latest burning. Wendy meets other strange girls in town as well and gets to the bottom of things concerning them.
